Returns & Exchanges
Thank you so much for your order and being a loyal Mikarose customer. We understand that ordering online can be a bit difficult at times, but we want you to love what you get and have the best customer service experience. We’ve listed our return/exchange policy below. If you have further questions please contact customerservice@mikarose.com. Someone will get back to you about your inquiries within 48 hours of receiving your email.
ONLINE RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Please note if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they are not valid for return and no refund will be issued. Final sale items (marked down merchandise), grab bags and warehouse sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once items are received, they will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than store credit), the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned items, including sales tax (if applicable). Shipping costs (to and from) are not eligible for returns. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).
If you are refunded a Store Credit you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned items, including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping (if applicable) once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your purchase please let us know which item you would like to exchange it for plus the size and color (if applicable). Once your return is received, we will contact you. Please keep in mind that these exchanges are subject to inventory supplies and your request may not be available when your item arrives.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or a defective item, please contact customerservice@mikarose.com within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.
CLEARANCE
Unfortunately, all mark down items, grab bags and warehouse sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please do not send your markdown merchandise back without talking to our customer service team first. If sent back without talking to our customer service team, there will not be any credit given and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If local, please do not take clearance items, grab bags or warehouse sale items to our store for a refund or exchange. They will not be able to accept them.
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS ABOUT REFUNDS
Any monetary discrepancies/questions or concerns you have with your refund or return must be addressed within 10 days of receiving refund notification.
