Thank you so much for shopping with us! Online purchases can sometimes be tricky and we want you to have the best experience with our clothing.  In the event that something isn’t perfect, please follow these guidelines.

Clothing must be returned in new condition. Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase date.  Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges will be your responsibility .  *Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.*

All items on the 'CLEARANCE' tab are ‘Final Sale’ and not eligible for return or refund.

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than store credit), the refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

If you are refunded using Store Credit you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping (if applicable) once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.

Defective Item
In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact customerservice@mikarose.com within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange it for and include the size and color (if applicable).  Keep in mind these exchanges are subject to inventory supply and your request may not be available when your item arrives.  Exchange requests can be made by emailing customerservice@mikarose.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, all marked down items and grab bags are final sale. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We process and ship orders placed Monday - Friday  (excluding holidays) typically within 2 business days.  Delivery estimates depend on the method of shipping chosen at time of purchase.
Mikarose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number is given and the package has left our warehouse. We are also not responsible for any fees related to international shipping.  Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered or lost.
