Returns are accepted within 30 days of ship out date. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of shipment or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.  If items are returned after the 30 days, a 20% restock fee will be taken out of your return and ONLY store credit will be issued. Final sale items (marked down merchandise) cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange it for and include the size and color (if applicable).  Once your return is received, we will contact you. Please keep in mind these exchanges are subject to inventory supply and your request may not be available when your item arrives.
Please be mindful of makeup and deodorant stains.  If we are unable to resell the garment a 20% restock fee will be charged and you will ONLY be issued store credit.
Unfortunately, jewelry and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must be returned in their original box. Any shoes returned without their box or have been worn are subject to partial refund and store credit ONLY.  Always try on shoes on carpet– hard surfaces can easily scuff shoes.  Please make sure the shoe boxes are not damaged.
Unfortunately, all marked down items and grab bags are final sale. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please do not send your markdown merchandise back without talking to our customer service team first. If sent back without talking to our customer service team, there will not be any credit given and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, unless the item is unsellable or returned after the 30 day time frame, in which a store credit will be issued. Payment can take up to 5-7 business days to show on your account.

A customer service representative will get back to you about your inquiry within 48 hours of receiving your email. 
We process and ship orders placed Monday - Friday before 4:00 PM MST (excluding holidays) typically within 2 business days. Most orders are processed and shipped within this time frame, unless due to factors that are out of our control, which will result in your package being delayed. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 2 business days. Holiday orders, between Black Friday and New Year's, are processed as promptly as possible and may take up to five business days to ship from our facility. Delivery estimates depend on the method of shipping chosen at time of purchase.
Mikarose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number is given and the package has left our warehouse. We are also not responsible for any fees related to international shipping.  Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered or lost.
