If there is a problem processing your credit card, please check to make sure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact your credit card company if the problem persists.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We donâ€™t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 10:00 AM (PST). Orders you place with Mikarose late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

We are confident that you will like the way our clothes look and fit. If you donâ€™t you are welcome to return the style so long as the tags are still attached and the item has not been worn, washed or damaged while in your care. To receive a full refund or store credit the style(s) must be returned within 30 days of your package delivery date. For an exchange, the item must be returned within 30 days of your package delivery date. In the event of a return, customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.
You may choose to return your online purchase in the store; however, the refund process will be the same as an online return -through customer service. You will not receive an immediate receipt/refund in store. While in store, one of our sales associates will send your order information to the online department. A receipt in form of a credit memo will be sent to your email shortly after your refund has been processed. This process takes up to one business day along with the standard additional 5-10 business days for the refund to process back to your account.
Clearance styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for another style.
Final Sale Styles:
Final sale styles cannot be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchanged for another style.
Willow Styles can be returned for up to 30 days. After the 30 days period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted of any kind. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned. If you are exchanging a style we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item back out to you. The original shipping is not refunded.
Shoes can only be returned for in-store credit. Once shoes have been worn they can not be returned. The original shipping is not refunded.
All swim is FINAL SALE. Swim cannot be returned for any refund, store credit, or exchanged for a different style.
We accept exchanges up to 30 days after the delivery date of your package. If you are exchanging an item because of incorrect size, we will gladly take care of the shipping the new dress back to you. In the event of a return.

Please include a note with your name and order number. Also, include whether you are returning it for a refund or exchange. The return address is not needed unless it has been longer than 30 days or you would like the item sent to a different address than the original shipping address.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Security and Privacy:
All information provided to MikaRose is transmitted securely and saved for sales purposes only. Your email, name, address, etc. are only used for billing and shipping purposes and will not be sold to and/or used by a third party. MikaRose will occasionally notify its customers of upcoming sales, new product, event, and promotions. We reserve the right to use any medium (email, post, and phone) to meet this purpose.
*Refunds on shipping only includes shipping within the USA and only standard and Priority shipping. Shipping will only be refunded on non-clearance Mikarose Styles and only when the entire order has been returned. Expedited shipping and International shipping will not be refunded.
